Problem #1, Esp9 it was replaced 3 times in a year. After they said replace ink cartridges was only way to fix this problem I did replace them several times wasted a lot of money.

Set it aside. Bought Problem #2, ESP Hero 9.1. ALSO replaced several times over the pasted year or so. Received error "jammed carriage" after days!

and many hours! talking to there service personal they've sent me a ESP3.2 to replace the 9.1. NO CABLES, NO FAX, NO INSTRUCTION MANUAL, NO HELP. To make a long story short "THERE SERVICE IS WORTHLESS" there all trouble cure is "REPLACE INK CARTRIDGES".

KODAK HAS TURNED INTO A WORTHLESS FOREIGN SPEAKING COMPANY. I have three HP printers, Deskjet 1120C, PhotoSmart P1000 and the Photosmart 7960 stored for the years I've fooled around with Kodak, the printer they shouted as best letter and picture quality above all others and cheap ink too...the reason I bought it cheap ink. HP ink was costing a ton of money. I pulled out of storage my HP Photosmart 7960 ink cartridges still installed for years!

Plugged everything in no WiFi here.

Went to my computers list of printers and selected the 7960 pulled up a document and hit the print button and...............she started printing no skips no problems perfect. Guess where I'm going for my next "all in one printer" Jim

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $300.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Kodak Cons: Pushing ink to fix a problem.
