Tv screen damage
The technician came and fitted the TV, but the screen is damaged. We are communicating with the service provider, but your service provider is not responding.

2 Kodak Cameras stopped working in under 6 months
I purchased my first Kodak camera in September 2023, had to return it fairly quickly.
The second one I purchased in October and LOVED. I took such good care of it with a case and air tag because I was obsessed with it.
After developing ONE roll of film, the spinner broke is unable to load film making it completely useless.
Emailed customer service with receipts hoping for a replacement since I did love the product, and I can see there is a newer version of the camera with more positive reviews. Hopefully they get back to me and can resolve the issue and exchange the camera (or at least offer to fix the one I currently have), but I dont have high hopes unfortunately :(
Will update this post if I hear back!!

Worst Customer Service
I purchased a Kodak Smart TV this April, and now there's a black spot on the top right corner of the screen. When I contacted customer service, they required me to email them first, then follow up with calls.
After four days, a technician finally came but didn't even open the TV panel; he just recorded a video of the dark spot and claimed it was external damage, which isn't true as it appeared while we were watching TV.
Now they're saying I have to pay 80% of the repair costs plus transportation charges because it's not covered under warranty. The worst part is that their customer service is very unresponsive; every time I call, they tell me to send an email and then take two days to reply.
Preferred solution: Full refund

Bad experience
The blonde man with a lot of hair was talking about quitting when we walked in. He had a bad attitude towards us.
Told me that if didnt like the service never come back! I am not a tourist I have always went to that store

I highly advise people not to order a picture Blanket from Kodak picture Blanket. I ordered for her birthday a week ago and she didnt receive it and Zi didnt get notified.

Customer care contact number dials by hundared of time by me but your customer care contact number is not working in this situation I tried to send a mail but not responding by Kodak.
I advised to you please working on your system and update earlier oprating system of tv because all system is out of date

Need support for a kodak digital frame
Cannot connect to anything!!! What a problem.
After 3 hour + multiple phone calls I got nowhere.
People can't speak clear and understandable English. My item is brand new and it doesn't work and I can't get help
