How to default input AV? Customer care contact number dials by hundared of time by me but your customer care contact number is not working in this situation I tried to send a mail but not responding by Kodak. I advised to you please working on your system and update earlier oprating system of tv because all system is out of date

I have a kodak digital frame. The app has stopped working and so i can no longer load pictures to my frame. I have tried reinstalling the app. No luck. I need kodak to delete my account so I can start the app from scratch. I believe this will resove my issue because other people can download the app and join my frame and they can upload. But I can't contact anyone at kodak who can help me. They give me numbers to call and theybare either wrong or not in service!!

I got a Kodak solar charger ks100 for Christmas to use when we camped. The charging light didn't go on and my phone was not charged when in using mode. I phoned Kodak and all operators were busy. They said to leave a message and they would get back to me within 48 hours. They didn't. I wrote an email explaining the issue... no response. I decided to buy new batteries and an electric charger but the batteries were not the problem. I guess I am stuck with a piece of landfill. I will not buy a Kodak item again. Note: This was a gift so I don't have a receipt.

Respected sir, This is S N PHANEENDRA BABU (MBA), I bought 40 inch smart tv on 30-06-2020 and it's order ID is 171-700****-804****. After few days I informed your customer care about an issue on 17/April/2021. Today is 27 September 2021 means 5 months and 10 days the problem is not solved. They replied me on 19/April/2021 with complaint ID 562****. Some of your company service engineer wisited and the issue is not solved. he said "it's a panel problem". Cause of carouna pandemic 1&half month are gone. In that time also MI and SAMSUNG company service engineers are visiting to solve their customers issues. With out solving the issue they closed the complaint ID. After sending 20 mails on May 5th they send a new mail with complaint id 575****. Now on wards the issue is not solved. On 30-06-2021 my warranty is expired. your services engineers carried mother boards which one is not even close to the panel or present Board. And they said it's a panel problem. It's not with Board. I informed your customer care. But the are not listen. Three days back when I tried to know the status of my complaint they said the complaint ID 575**** was closed. How it is closed with out solving the issue. The resion is they tried to reach me with my contact number 949476****. But it's not connecting. That's why they closed the complaint. Is it fair?? Before that your costumer care send a main as need a alternative number also. I attached the number. But why they did this? From the starting they don't want to solve the issue.. they provide a new compaint ID. I Know their intention to provide the new complaint Id after expired of warranty. Sir, I'm a employee in a small firm with salary of 13k. And I'm very poor. You know one thing sir I'm a orphan too. Using my cousin brother's Credit card's emi option. I lost my patience. Finally they betrayal me again and again with dishonesty. They are neglect the issue and postponing the issue to irritate me and to take back step my self. The cunning mentality is not good. If with in 1 week if it is not solved I will move on legally. And I will raise my voice on social media and also with support of my friends on YouTube and Facebook.
